The experiences at KFC in Hof are always very different, but they got worse over time. The best visit where there was free coke because we also had to wait for our products (they were freshly prepared) was a long time ago. In the meantime you have to wait, the products are only lukewarm, the employees barely understand German and often have to call colleagues to help. And during the last visit on December 12th. The change was also given incorrectly (too little). Prices increase regularly, but quality and service deteriorate. It's a shame that there is no other KFC nearby.

Original bucket with 8 chicken pieces ordered and paid for. Unpacked at home and found only 4 parts. The problems started with the order. Due to the lack of language skills of the employee, the order was very difficult. Fortunately, an employee came along who was able to communicate something so that the order could still be placed.

Large fries on the bill, but only a small portion received! I was very annoyed ?! Overall, most of it is completely overpriced, a shame!

Fast food a little different apart from burgers & Co.

The products are good, but the employees do not manage to take the order correctly and provide it correctly. In addition, you have a long waiting time even with little workload. There is still room for improvement.

Quantity and quality as usual, I was advised patiently and competently. So everything as expected or hoped for. What more could you expect here? ;-)

The Twister Wrap was unreasonable for the price! The cup of café latte was only half full! It was. The first and the last time. Also not convincing in terms of taste!

We ordered on the drive, you had to ask several times what the person had just said because you hardly understood anything, we didn't get what we ordered and the dips were completely missing! Very tasty view, but something should be done at the other points!

Unfortunately the food was very salty all in all. The toilet should be cleaned more often, that works better with competing companies. In return, the staff was very friendly and quick to prepare the food.

The corona measures are extremely extreme here. The menu choice is very limited for us as a family. But you have to say that we are very little here and know little about the chain's products. The employees are ok so far. We found it very nice that the tables were cleaned and disinfected after every meal. The parking spaces also take getting used to.

In the meantime, many things simply taste spicy. We like to eat good and salted and sometimes very spicy. It only tastes like the whole meat has been soaked in salt and pepper for days ... Disgusting, seldom we leave food and throw it away. Unfortunately not the first time.

Absolutely underground and poor service! Unfortunately, at least one star must be given here. We left almost 50 euros (!!) here and the listless, overwhelmed employees were not even able to provide us with an additional pack of ketchup. We even wanted to pay for it, just after eating when the fingers are clean again, but there was no way in here. When we were told that the package for the French fries we had purchased was shrugged and misunderstood. The staff was very disorganized, extremely long waiting for orders. We were sitting at an indoor table and were soon besieged by several customers waiting for their food. The staff does not pay attention to distance rules. Not recommendable!

Clean and nice and good service. The table immediately to the left has power outlets and USB ports for charging your various devices. The food tastes like the food in most other KFC restaurants, which is what you should expect. Toilets clean and fresh.

Very clean restaurant and with great staff!! You couldn’t eat better if you like KFC!! Have been in KFC in many places worldwide but this is the best and the cleanest!!
